Regions

This state appears to be ready for a split in subregions, any suggestions on how to do that? Maybe like on or can we do with a bit fewer regions?, --(WT-en) ClausHansen 17:58, 8 August 2011 (EDT)

Well, finally getting around to it, with one fewer subregion than on pt: (which is also not a thoroughly implemented scheme). Here goes... Based on the official mesoregions of the state, but combining the rural central south one with the southern one, we have:

• South and South Central (Ceará) - this map plus this map
• Sertão (Ceará) - map
• North (Ceará) - map
• Northwest (Ceará) - map
• Grande Fortaleza - map
• Jaguaribe - map
