Region? City?[edit]
This page and the Chesapeake County page both treat this as a nebulously defined region, but the corresponding Wikipedia page says it is an independent city with a population of 222,209, the Virginia's third largest city by population and 2nd by land area. Shouldn't we remove the merge tag and treat this as a city? Texugo (talk) 20:51, 14 April 2014 (UTC)
