What would be the right way to link this article to the article on Bryan-College Station, which already exists and has a reasonable amount of information in it? Would it make sense to get rid of this article, and direct people to that article, or is there a way to link that says that this is a subdestination of that one?

Yeah, I think a merge would be appropriate. If I'm wrong, Texugo will likely correct me anyway ;) --(WT-en) Peter Talk 18:56, 20 April 2008 (EDT)
Or wait a second, we've got a Bryan articlewhich means likely content overlap. I don't know anything about this area, so I'll refrain from passing judgment, but it looks like there are two options: sort content into the two city articles, and change Bryan-College Station into a disambiguation page, or merge all content into Bryan-College Station and redirect the two twin city articles there. But I don't know which solution is more useful for the traveler. --(WT-en) Peter Talk 19:07, 20 April 2008 (EDT)
Tough call. The city centers are about 5 miles apart, and though each city has over 50,000 people, hardly anyone who is not a local ever refers to either city individually. I haven't spent enough time there to tell you if both cities have enough potential listings to stand as separate articles. I don't have a problem with merging them for now-- if the sections start getting crowded with listings we can always separate them into two articles later. It may be good to tell in the listing's address which city it's in though, to keep things clear. (WT-en) Texugo 21:48, 20 April 2008 (EDT)
Sounds good, lets merge. --(WT-en) Peter Talk 00:05, 21 April 2008 (EDT)

Taxi listings

[edit]

There are so many of them, so should we list any? I count 13. Perhaps an analogy with external links#what not to link to might be helpful:

[A]void links to:

Rental car operators in cities where they are common (10 or more operating in the city).
