Talk:Columbia Icefield

The proper title of this article should be Columbia Icefield. And yes it's the Athabasca Glacier in the picture, but the visitor center (Columbia Icefield Visitors' Centre) describes the entire icefield.

But why is this an article unto itself? Isn't this just one sight (albeit the most important) along the Icefields Parkway? -- (WT-en) Colin 14:23, 13 Apr 2004 (EDT)

Hurgh. Note that this is one of the oldest articles on Wikivoyage, from back when we were just figuring out what we were doing. I think the Columbia Icefield would meet our criteria for Project:What is an article?. Maybe it should be moved there? --(WT-en) Evan 15:42, 13 Apr 2004 (EDT)
