Chocolate[edit]

Err, I agree that the text was copyvio, but I think it's a little much to say that traveller's wouldn't be interested in the place. So I'm going to add the listing back in. Different folks do different things on their trips: some eat chocolate. (WT-en) Majnoona 13:25, 22 June 2006 (EDT) (EDT)

Get around[edit]

Need to dig out the actual information from these links:

  • The City of Corvallis also has a few Transportation Services, that you can use.
  • Oregon State University offers a Saferide program to get around when it gets a bit too late to walk home by yourself.

Hewlett-Packard[edit]

I believe the two main "attractions" in Corvallis are the university, and the HP plant, which I believe specializes in printers and calculators. Not sure what to say about HP or if it's relevant to most travellers (I went there on business repeatedly).--(WT-en) justfred 15:05, 12 October 2006 (EDT)

[edit]

I added this image to the spiffy new pagebanner template. The original photo was taken in Corvallis, and I think it looks nicer than the generic default image. Admittedly, the image isn't really instantly identifiable as being related to the city. I also considered the Van Buren Street Bridge, but it looked too busy and distracting for my tastes. If anybody has a better idea, by all means, go for it. Grayfell (talk) 22:24, 20 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Cope[edit]

What is this subheading, why is it called cope? It has a mechanic and a hospital under it. 2601:1C0:8300:BC80:DC02:8B70:A92A:5596 19:15, 4 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
