I removed this from the sleep section, but it may be good for data mining. -- (WT-en) Fastestdogever 01:22, 2 May 2007 (EDT)

Train service[edit]

I removed the By train section that covered the service that used to run from Victoria. It's been stopped for five years now and it's questionable if it's going to return. For reference, the wording was:

The E & N Dayliner (VIA Rail), which used to make daily trips between Victoria and Courtenay, is currently out of service. It is hoped that the service will be restored sometime in mid 2013 if all the required funding is received. (Nanaimo Daily News April 12, 2012) This small train offers a behind the scenes view of rural communities and Vancouver Island forests. For schedules contact VIA Rail at 1-800-561-8630. -Shaundd (talk) 04:47, 14 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
