In general, as we target travellers, we're only interested in transient accommodation if it may be rented for a week or less. We also prefer not to list middlemen and resellers. See Wikivoyage:Listings#Rental listings. K7L (talk) 03:18, 28 September 2014 (UTC)

Thanks K7L. Based on the guidelines I think cottages targeted at tourists/travelers and available for weekly rental are in scope here.
