Outline, anyone?

If this travel guide is full of information, why is it labelled as an outline? – (WT-en) CurvyEthyl 15:42, 8 October 2010 (EDT)

There is no formal review for article status except for Star — any user that thinks a city has met the appropriate requirements can change it. That said, this particular article is remarkably unhelpful, containing almost no addresses, phone numbers, hours, or other vital details on listings! Until most of its entries are substantially fleshed out, I think outline is still where it belongs. — (WT-en) D. Guillaime 23:11, 8 October 2010 (EDT)
