Changes - Esterillos

So I am just trying to add some more detail to the Esterillos page with some links to some locals bars and restaurants that I know. I also removed a hotel/B&B name that had no link, next time I will leave the info there without a link. I did revert these changes too hastily (I mistakenly identified takemetocostarica.com as a rental aggregator). I've now restored your edits and cleaned them up per Project:Manual of style. The main thing to avoid is flowery advertisement-style writing (see Project:Don't tout). When I see that, I tend to revert pretty quickly.
