As a travel destination, the High Atlas mountains should be distinct from the Atlas Mountains in general (which seems a bit too broad to be a travel article...unless it merely links a person to the individual travel destinations within the Atlas mountains themselves). Hence I have taken away the redirect link and set up the outline for the High Atlas article.
