Major cleanup work

Just added to my to-do list an overhaul of this page. When I say this, I mean formatting restaurants to fit template format, removing closed locations, adding some new Dos. Look like most of the edits ignore some other development on the Liberty campus (open-to-the-public ice rink?), some restaurant openings, etc.(WT-en) Jpatch 10:50, 17 March 2011 (EDT)
