Malgrat de Mar is just south of the Costa Brava[edit]
Malgrat de Mar isn't part the Costa Brava. Traveling north to south along the coast its the first place of the Costa del Maresme one encounter. The border is between Blanes and Malgrat de Mar, also the border between the provinces Gerona and Barcelona.
