Who is the Father who sent Betero and Tiroi from Tahiti to Kiribati as they can spread the gospel from the Roman Catholic to the Gilbertese? I need answer now please if necessary.

It seems [1] [2] these two devout Christians themselves decided to return to their native island to convert the local population, without being appointed by a Father, and only later did they request official missionaries to arrive in the island.
