Region or Bottom-level destination?[edit]

I've always been confused about how this guide fits in with our other Botswana articles. The page is currently classed as a "region" with Cities and Other destinations, but because it's not part of the region structure for Botswana it overlaps the broader Okavango-Chobe region. It also lists a number of cities, which other than Maun, will most likely struggle to meet what is an article. And even if a couple of the villages did meet wiaa, my impression of the area based on a brief visit ten years ago and reading a bit about it, is tourism mostly focuses around lodges with a few amenities, attractions and other accommodation scattered around.

I was wondering if treating it as a rural area or park bottom-level destination that captures all the lodges in the Delta plus the small villages on the Okavango Panhandle would be a better use of the article? Under this scenario, the Maun article would be retained alongside this one, while Shakawe and Sepupa would be merged into this guide.

Another option would be to treat the Delta as a top-level region and change Okavango-Chobe to focus on Chobe NP and eastern Botswana. It makes already thin regions even thinner, but the Delta is an important destination so maybe it should be given more prominence.

For what it's worth, this guide seems to pretty consistently get the third highest number of page views out of all Botswana guides, after Botswana and Gabarone (looking at monthly data from July 2015 to Nov 2017).
