I removed this listing:

I know it's called the Twin Peaks Hotel, but doing a search on Google Maps reveals its location to be in Castro-Noe Valley, not Twin Peaks-Lake Merced. (WT-en) Eco84 20:00, 27 August 2008 (EDT)
