Sand City

• Sand City is a wee little bite taken out of Seaside. It's 3 miles square (I believe that includes its ocean bits), and surrounded by Seaside. Locals consider it, in many ways, to be the arts neighborhood of Seaside. It also doesn't have enough businesses to warrant a page of its own. I have been including some items from Sand City in here; is that appropriate? (WT-en) Rednikki 13:54, 9 January 2009 (EST)
