So, this page is progressing very nicely. It might be worthwhile looking at the large city article template for ideas on how to do the sections, and at other parts of the manual of style. But it's very informative and an interesting read! --(WT-en) Evan 01:53, 4 Apr 2004 (EST)

Phone Number Format[edit]

What would be the correct phone number format for this article? Would it be +81 22 555 5555 (''+81 22'' 555 5555), with the local dial being 555 5555? Also, with dash; (555-5555) or without dash; (555 5555)? --(WT-en) Tom Holland (xltel) 08:03, 30 March 2006 (EST)

Yes, that's correct. I like dashes so the number stays together and is thus automatically recognizable. (WT-en) Jpatokal 20:14, 30 March 2006 (EST)
There are templates that should be used for hotels, restaurants, bars, and such. When those templates are used, which should be most of the time, I think we can omit italics. -(WT-en) Orcrist 23:12, 31 October 2010 (EDT)

The purpose of "Learning"[edit]

The "Learning" section has entries on meditation and learning Japanese. For travelers, the former might be of interest if it can be done as a one-time thing, but most likely the latter is not useful. Can it be removed? -(WT-en) Orcrist 23:16, 31 October 2010 (EDT)
