I am not sure I understand the relationship between Souen being a city in Hokkaido and it being a region in Sapporo City in Hokkaido in Japan. Is it a separate city near Sapporo or a suburb (or ward) of Sapporo? Also does Souen mean "the mulberry plantation" or is that some other place? - (WT-en) Huttite 07:47, 9 November 2009 (EST)
