Where is the Outer West?
[edit]The Outer West, in the main Sydney article is the area west of Parramatta and east of the Blue Mountains, so Blacktown, Penrith and surrounding areas. Richmond is a currently defined as satellite town, as is Windsor --(WT-en) Inas 00:39, 18 September 2008 (EDT)
