- Comment The rationale against a stand alone article is to concentrate sparse content into one decent article rather than have it spread across many, essentially useless, outline articles. Hence I suggested a redirect, to focus attention on one article. If and when that article overflows with content, then it can be atomized into smaller, more specific, articles. Whether this is Wikivoyage policy I'm not sure, but it makes sense to me and Cheyenne!(WT-en) Travelpleb 08:13, 30 April 2012 (EDT)
- if it is a a policy issue, then should be discussed on the deletion policy page, not here. If you are nominating an article for deletion, it should refer to one of the current deletion rationales. Having no content is not a current deletion rationale, and could be applied to thousands of articles across the site.
