This template shows exchange rates for the euro. It should only be used in main articles for countries and overseas territories and dependencies that use the euro as their national currency, and should be placed in the "Buy" section of the article.
Template parameters
[edit]To use this template, invoke it with the following arguments:
- currencies (Optional)
- The currency codes to display. If not specified then this parameter defaults to "USD,GBP,AUD,CAD".

Notes for template use
[edit]- The link to XE.com provides current exchange rates to make it easier to update the rates shown in the template - be sure to change the "as of" date too.
- To avoid clutter, only major currencies should be used.
- Exchange rates for other currencies than may be relevant to individual countries that use the euro can be added to the text of the "Buy" section of the article.
