This template is for users who leave Wikivoyage.
To use this template, place {{retired}} at the top of either your user page or your user talk page (or both).
Parameters[edit]
|title= allows you to change the default text that says "RETIRED". {{retired|title=VANISHED}} will produce:
VANISHED
This user is no longer active on Wikivoyage.
|1= allows the addition of text below the default "RETIRED". {{retired|Until further notice}} will produce:
RETIRED
Until further notice
Until further notice
This user is no longer active on Wikivoyage.
|text= replaces the default "This user is no longer active on Wikivoyage" text with custom text of your choice. {{retired|text=This user is no longer on Wikivoyage due to [insert reason]}} will produce:
RETIRED
This user is no longer on Wikivoyage due to [insert reason]
|date= adds an "as of [specified date]" at the end of "This user is no longer active on Wikivoyage". {{retired|date=May 1, 2024}} will produce:
RETIRED
This user is no longer active on Wikivoyage as of May 1, 2024.
