New to this process? Need not worry. This header aims to give a step-by-step guide on filling out this nomination.

1. Ensure that the map fulfills the six requirements.
2. Go to Wikivoyage:Star static maps/Galleries and find the appropriate gallery of the four listed.
3. Once you have found the gallery, append the name of the gallery and the relevant section between the empty slash and the two box brackets. (e.g. the gallery for a region map depicting a Canadian region would be [[Wikivoyage:Star static maps/Galleries/Region maps#Canada]])
4. Replace {{{SVG}}} with the filename of the SVG – omit the file prefix.
5. Replace "USERNAME" with the author and uploader of the map respectively. The links by default point out to the links on Wikimedia Commons – remember, if the map requires attribution to Wikitravel, the map is ineligible.
6. (optional) Adjust the size of the map if deemed necessary.

Once you have filled out the relevant fields and hit "publish page", copy the following text.
