Tierra Nueva is a charming small town in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. It is a popular place for outdoors activities, particularly sport fishing. It is known for making light palmero hats. Tierra Nueva is one of Mexico's designated Pueblos Mágicos.

  • 1 Mercado Municipal, Alvaro Obregon 40, Centro. 07:00 - 18:00. The town's traditional marketplace is small with few vendors providing fresh grown produce but many selling second-hand clothes and prepared foods. Good place to grab an inexpensive breakfast or lunch.
