• I am currently working with the Evopedia project http://evopedia.info/ already providing offline wikipedia and hopefully soon wikivoyage for offline mobile users
• My goal is to have offline wikivoyage running on evopedia be a sort of hitchhikers guide to the galaxy for mobile users filling in the travelers information that wikipedia does not cover
