Piscataway's community is ethnically diverse with Hispanic, Asian, Black, White, Native American, Multi-ethnicial, and other. Piscataway was also announced Sportstown by Sports Illustrated, for their dedication to the communities recreation for the 3 P's: People, Parks, and Playgrounds.

In Piscataway they have many activities and events going on around them in New Jersey. There are festivals that are free or you may need to purchase a ticket. Farmers market- if you want to get a feel of the locals and what they bring or grow or make. Movie Time- if you want see a good movie that just came out while you are visiting. There is also a wonderful wildlife around that you can experience.

Piscataway's Street Fair .Is every year around May Time in the Spring where the weather is nice outside, to enjoy the Street Fair to the fullest.
