Freelance and enterprise writing credits include, as examples, National Geographic, corporate communications, technology reviews and music features.

Author of Pyrenees Pilgrimage and Travel Writing: See the World, Sell the Story. Other works: Making Waves:50 Greatest Women in Broadcasting and In Search of Adventure, a travel anthology.

Teaches writing online for the University of California, Los Angeles, Extension Program in Journalism.

Current: Studying Applied Geography and Cartography towards geography teaching certification.
