However we need a little bit more from you - the images you uploaded, image:Usmap-cleveland1.jpg and image:Us map - cleveland.jpg need information about their copyright. Did you create them? Do you release them? Check out our image policy for a better understanding of this request.

Map uploading

It's a bit of a pain, but for legal purposes, when you upload an image, we need you to include either a statement that you're donating it to the public domain, or that you're licencing it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike licence. To save typing, you can just say "by me, public domain" or "copyright me, CC-BY-SA". (Let me know if you want an explanation of the the difference between PD and CC-BY-SA.) I'd also invite you to take a look at Project:Mapmaking Expedition, which explains the file formats and so on that make it easiest for the project to make use of maps you contribute. - (WT-en) Todd VerBeek 17:37, 24 April 2006 (EDT)

Also, would you happen to know anything Sandusky that article is looking pretty bare. The only thing that I know about Sandusky is that Callahan Auto is located there 8). Just a note, but Cleveland Heights is a separate suburb, not a district, and the Flats and downtown are pretty much the same area (yeah, the Flats are across the river, but it's one stop on the Rapid). Perhaps Downtown, East Side & West Side? Talk:Cleveland is probably the place to discuss any breakup before actually implementing it. -- (WT-en) Ryan 02:43, 29 April 2006 (EDT)

I am happy to look over those other sites. Oddly enough, I was in Sandusky today! As for the districts, I agree with Ryan that it doesn't work. The Flats are actually downtown, east and west of the river. Cleveland Heights is a separate municipality, one of ~50 in Cuyahoga County (a huge challenge to the substantial regionalism push in NEO nowadays). There are many districts within Cleveland (several of which are noted in the article), such as Little Italy, Slavic Village, Tremont, Ohio City, the Flats, Midtown, St. Vincent Quadrangle, etc. Do you have any examples of structure or format per your suggestion? -- User:(WT-en) Mayor pez

A good example of districts is the New York City article or Paris. I've only been to Cleveland once, so I don't know much about city, except that the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Brown's stadium is on Lake Erie. I know of the Flats and Heights only because of the conceirge at the Marriot Key Center. If you believe districts aren't needed then no worries. - Sapphire

Just an additional note to say thanks for all of the work you've been doing on the Ohio articles. One minor suggestion is that you may want to read Project:Image policy#Minimal use of images - it's a policy that isn't too strictly upheld, but having myself tried to get travel information from dial-up internet cafes before it's one that is worth at least considering. For an example of an article that uses several (but not too many) images you may want to take a look at Singapore. Alternatively you can feel free to ignore this suggestion - you've made some great contributions and I definitely don't want to do anything to prevent you from continuing.
