User talk:(WT-en) DiscoverMorningtonPeninsula
Hi, and [Wikivoyage:Welcome, newcomers|Welcome]] to Wikivoyage. It is always good to see new contributors from Australia, and thanks to your contributions to the Mornington Peninsula.
I notice they have been reverted, and this is due to the Project:External links policy preventing access to secondary sites, and multiple links to the one site. The information itself is welcome in that article. The reasons are to keep external links to a minimum, and get the most information possible into the open-content guide.
Also, the information was copied from another website. If you own the website, best to make it clear on that website that the information is released under a CC-BY-SA licence. If you don't own the website, you will need to get written permission from the copyright owner to re-licence their work under a CC-BY-SA licence.
Have a look at the tips for new contributors page, style as well as the info on copyleft.
If you need help, check out Project:Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub. -- --(WT-en) inas 23:20, 11 August 2009 (EDT)
