NPOV[edit]
Based on your recent edit summary for Wrocław, I wanted to be sure you know that Wikivoyage doesn't use Wikipedia-style "NPOV". Our equivalent policy is Be fair, which isn't quite the same. You're right that descriptions such as "the best restaurant in X" are fairly useless, but we prefer to expand stubs (or leave them to be expanded) rather than deleting them.
