Hi Fakir, sorry to revert you edit on the Karnataka page, but waterfalls, rivers etc do not get their own article. Generally, to be an independent article a place must at least have facilities for spending the night - obviously a body of water does not. Instead, information about these places should be incorporated into the article of the area where they are located. For your reference, please look through this info: Project:What is an article?.
