I just did a search on Google and found that WikiTravel has decided to post my email address instead of my username in the credits on a ton of pages. I can get the credits up, but have no idea how to edit them to remove my address.
Any pointers?

- To start with, please go to your preferences, and on the user profile tab - if I'm not mistaken - your email address will be written in the Real name field, removing your email or giving another name instead, will fix any future contributions, though, I'm not sure how the attribution module connects with the user database, it might also fix all your current contributions, or it might not.
- If it doesn't, I'm pretty, but not completely sure, us admins will not be able to fix this - if it's a major issue for you, you could then try to contact Project:Internet Brands who hosts the servers, and ask if they are able to do anything. --(WT-en) Stefan (sertmann) Talk 19:45, 27 September 2009 (EDT)
- OK, just gave it a test, and the above fixes your problem, though of course we can't do anything about googles cache. --(WT-en) Stefan (sertmann) Talk 19:56, 27 September 2009 (EDT)
- Superb - thank you! Sorry to take so long getting back to you :) --(WT-en) Mosh 06:05, 23 January 2010 (EST)
