User talk:(WT-en) Jancikotuc
Hi Jancikotuc! Thanks for your edits on Tel Aviv and Slovakia, they are much appreciated!
I thought I'd just drop by and welcome you to Wikivoyage. If you want to specialize your experience you may want to consider editing your preferences.
Please take a second to look at our copyleft and policies and guidelines, but feel free to plunge forward and edit some pages. Scanning the manual of style, especially the article templates, can give you a good idea of how we like articles formatted. If you're new to the whole wiki software look at the wiki markup to get an idea of how to use the wiki markup.
If you need help, check out Project:Help, and if you need some info not on there, post a message in the travellers' pub or on my talk page . -- (WT-en) Tim 06:17, 12 August 2006 (EDT)
Name changes
[edit]Hi, just want to point out we use the most common English name for location on EN (English) Wikivoyage. Before you get too far along on changing names, I suggest you talk about it on the articles talk page and get a consensus from other Wikivoyageers. I suspect most of the spelling changes will be reverted if there is not a consensus. Thanks for the contributions. -- (WT-en) Tom Holland (xltel) 16:24, 25 December 2006 (EST)
Slovakia edits
[edit]Don't worry, your edits were saved. Wikivoyage has a caching problem that sometimes makes it necessary to refresh your browser window in order to view the most recent changes to an article. Try refreshing (F5) and you should then see the most recent version. Nice work, by the way. One thing to look out for, though, is that links to Wikipedia should not be inserted into the articles themselves. --(WT-en) Peter Talk 03:35, 31 December 2010 (EST)
