Please discuss on Talk:Atlanta before you proceed with further districting of Atlanta. (WT-en) Jpatokal 10:03, 7 May 2008 (EDT)

Hi there running man! Thanks for all your great edits to Atlanta, it definitely needs some work. Can you comment on Talk:Atlanta about the districts of the city? We do need to break it into districts, but we typically prefer to have less for a city that size... not every neighborhood needs a separate article. We could probably group 2 or 3 Atlanta neighborhoods into each article, but we need someone like you who's familiar with the city layout to help with that (WT-en) cacahuate talk 21:25, 7 May 2008 (EDT)

Style tags

[edit]

Hi there. Thanks for your work on Atlanta. One favor-- kindly leave the {{style}} tags there until the sections have been cleaned up. A See section in a Huge City template article should have bulleted highlights of the city, not a paragraph style overview. Websites, address, and contact info can be left out here, as that stuff should be listed in the more detailed description in the individual district articles. (WT-en) Texugo 04:00, 8 May 2008 (EDT)

Sorry about that -joggingman08.

Georgia regions

[edit]

Please discuss on Talk:Georgia (state) before you start futzing about with the regions. (WT-en) Jpatokal 11:45, 15 June 2009 (EDT)

You seem knowledgeable in the area. What do you think of the proposed region organization? --(WT-en) Jtesla16 20:47, 18 June 2009 (EDT)

Lets try to coordinate our efforts and finish our discussion on how best to organize the Georgia regions, before continueing on the current system. --(WT-en) Jtesla16 21:11, 25 June 2009 (EDT)

[edit]

Hello. I just wanted to point out that WT has a preferred format for External Links. You've been consistently adding links in another format, so I just wanted to give you a heads up that the manual of style prefers it another way. --(WT-en) Jtesla16 14:15, 20 June 2009 (EDT)

County regions

[edit]

Wait! As a general rule, we strive to avoid creating articles for U.S. counties. I appreciate your gung-ho spirit, but lets please come to a consensus on the Georgia talk page before continuing further with the regions. Otherwise, if we come to a decision that is different than the proposal you are pushing, you might wind up with a lot of wasted effort. --(WT-en) Peter Talk 15:02, 5 July 2009 (EDT)

Seoul districting

[edit]

Whoah nelly -- please discuss on Talk:Seoul first before districting the city! Nothing near consensus was achieved the last time that was tried. (WT-en) Jpatokal 09:31, 10 August 2009 (EDT)

To be clear, as I think this message hasn't really gotten through yet, it is never a good idea to start creating subregions or districts in cities until a discussion has taken place. --(WT-en) Peter Talk 15:56, 10 August 2009 (EDT)
