Hi, and welcome to Wikivoyage. I see that you are motivated by wanting to sell auto insurance. You have a better chance of having one listing up if you don't spam, which on this site means posting the same advertisement to more than one article and is strictly prohibited. If you do want to have a listing (NOT advertisement) up in the most relevant place, probably Driving in Mexico, read this:

I'll add that I just deleted all ads, links, and mentions of specific insurance companies in that article, so if you want to argue for one listing there, you need to go to Talk:Driving in Mexico and explain why your listing is actually necessary or very important for travelers. On this site, the traveler comes first, not the advertiser.
