I am unsure as to why my revised post has been deleted. I have not used flowery, vague terms, superlatives, first person pronouns, vague assertions, all-caps or referral codes Wouldn't it also be more constructive to help edit the information instead of deleting my post completely?

Hi, Kristen.
The main issues now are putting listings in the wrong place (no listings should go after the "IsPartOf" code) and what you need to read here: Project:Accommodation listings#Rental listings. Rental listings on Wikivoyage are the exception, not the rule. It's probable that you could achieve a consensus for them in the case of a seaside resort town, but you have to post to the "Talk" ("discussion") page of the Pedasi article and make your argument. I realize that's cumbersome for you, but I believe the reasoning behind the Wikivoyage policy is really twofold: (1) We want to make sure every listing is available for bookings of 1 week or less; (2) We want to avoid allowing every real estate agency being able to post their listing and take up lots of space in every article. I think it's likely that if we work together, you will be able to post a listing and have it stay up. You'll have to post rates, too; all listings without rates are subject to deletion. Thanks for your help Ikan. Now I have better clarity about the appropriateness (and controversial issues surrounding my posting. As a current resident in Pedasi, having these vacation rentals listed is important. There are not an overwhelming number of places to stay in this town, although it is commonly frequented by tours and rapidly growing. Azueros is a residential development, but since many of its residents only live there part time, it is now being administered by property management groups like ourselves. Many of the villas and lofts now only serve as rentals. I was seeking to direct vacationers to Azueros Villa Rentals since this is a common way to travel and we are on-site property managements that offer complete hotel-like services. Could you help me with feedback for my description instead of deleting it if and when it is allowed to be posted? "(WT-en) KristenDunlap 17:10, 16 December 2011 (EST)"
On the face of it, your argument sounds reasonable to me. I'll comment on it at Talk:Pedasi. (WT-en) Ikan Kekek 21:01, 16 December 2011 (EST)
