Not all articles have links from their parents, we try to keep the list of cities to between 7 and 9 long. As the list of cities that should be linked becomes to big, we generally look at dividing the parent into sub regions and then list the cities under those regions. I don't know Sicily well enough to recommend if or how it should be broken up into smaller regions, but if you leave a message on Talk:Sicily I'm sure you will get some feedback on what the general feeling is. --(WT-en) NJR_ZA 02:32, 22 November 2007 (EST)
