Manta[edit]

Looks great! I made several "mos" edits, which I tried to explain in the edit summaries [1]. And yeah, it can be quite difficult to figure out who is plagiarizing who on the internet, especially long after the fact. The best advice I can give is that, if another reliable source has the same text, we're probably the plagiarizers. Conversely, if you can find any other site that attributes the information to us, then it's probably our own copyrighted material. Both methods are hardly foolproof, though. The main thing is that we demonstrate that we are making the effort to keep copyright violations off the site.

touting[edit]

Hi TomNativenewYorker, I was 190.4.137.94 who edited yesterday and was wondering why my entry was undo-ed. (I'm new to Wiki, so please bare with me if I make newbie mistakes by posting here). I thought it would be a nice addition to provide a place for the various activties on the island specifically watersports, since this island has great conditions. Best ingcur.

Yeah, it seems like there are not enough links pointing towards it (there wasn't even a link at Project:Namespace index!). I'm not sure what other pages there are that should have links to it—maybe someone else can think of some. --(WT-en) Peter Talk 14:41, 15 June 2009 (EDT)
