Laurel

Hi. I moved the entry of Laurel to the Capital Region (Maryland) page from the Maryland page. We have a guideline about only having 9 cities per region. Unfortunately, I'd be hard pressed to count Laurel as one of the top 9 cities for a visitor to Maryland. Just wanted to let you know what had happened.
