Any reason not to fix the source(s), directly? I mean both User:118.93nzp/w and its precursor, User:W. Frank/w. I would do it myself, but i'm not as "auto-confirmed" here as i am at WikiPedia... :) (Thanks for finding the correct target, BTW. - Well, I could fix User:118.93nzp/w but it would be a gross impertinence and breach of etiquette to change its precursor, User:W. Frank/w. To tell you the truth I've only just realised that we no longer have a specific article that deals with User talk pages, as opposed to article discussion pages (where less freedom is allowed).
