One thing I noticed that I could not understand is why you inserted citation needed in a couple of places. This is Wikipedia markup but not used in Wikivoyage. Thank you for your interest in improving the Brooklyn district articles! I'd love to see them grow more.
By the way, have you considered creating an account at Wikivoyage? It gives a bunch of benefits:
