I've changed a bit around on your content - we try our best to make sure that we have no overlapping regions, which you seemed to do with the 3 regions you created. The content also seemed to be duplicated over them. I've created redirects instead.
It seemed a bit like an attempt to create prominence for two restaurants. Listings should always go in the city articles, and don't belong on a regional level. If you are genuinely interested in creating a more fine grained hierarchy for the region, please propose one on the talk page, so we can reach a sound consensus.
