Hi Evan, please see my opinion about derivations of dual-licenced works on Project:Dual licensing. -- (WT-en) Hansm 05:33, 2003 Nov 4 (PST)

Hey Evan... I've already started combining my 'paris and ile' etc. page back into the paris one. The only really solid info I had was the hotel listing anyhow, so I figure that the page I made can go away now. -- (WT-en) Mark Wed Nov 5 17:36:41 2003 (CET)

Dude! she was just getting started on that... maybe a little helpful guidence would have been a bit more, um, less likely to get me yelled at tonight than just stomping the whole thing. -- User:(WT-en) UchuHa

I've finished translating the script for the Romanian Wikipedia - see the page Project:Romanian Wikivoyage for more info. - User:(WT-en) Ronline, 6 Nov 2003

Thanx for looking at the pages i've created, its a nice thing to see my failures =) - User:(WT-en) TriBble

Ok Evan I want my 5 drachmas but also need a favor. When i changed the skin on my user preferences all the links that used to show up on the left were all placed in a pulldown menu that is not functioning(not allowing me to change it back). Could you change my skins preference back to the default. Thanks (WT-en) Ron 00:34, 10 Nov 2003 (PST)

Duh, I was able to access it by typing in the link, but i think that these skin options may have to either be deleted or fixed. (WT-en) Ron 01:02, 10 Nov 2003 (PST)

Hi Evan, would you have a look at my comments on Project:Article naming conventions and tell me what you think of it. Thanks! (WT-en) DhDh 02:39, 10 Nov 2003 (PST)

Sorry! shouldn't use wikivoyage as wikirelationship, but I did threaten to and I needed something to cheer me up after my missplaced cram session. Thanks! Maj

Hi Evan, you noticed my edits to Socorro, so I thought I'd drop you a note: I've put in minor edits on New Mexico, New York and India, and hope to add more in future. Oh, and I signed up - although I'm not very sure of Wiki talk conventions yet... top down, or add at bottom? (WT-en) SC, 10 Nov 2003, 6pm MDT

Hey, SC. Yes, I appreciated your work on Socorro and other places. You might want to read more on using talk pages to get a feel; we usually append stuff at the bottom. Thanks for signing up, and I look forward to seeing more contributions! -- (WT-en) Evan 17:15, 10 Nov 2003 (PST)
Thanks -- I'm getting the hang of this, I think. More to follow later. (WT-en) SC 17:18, 10 Nov 2003 (PST)

Hey Evan, Im like 70 percent done with the Death Valley page and would really like some feed back whenever you might have a chance about tone, style, content or whatever else you think needs addressing. Thanks. (WT-en) Ron 10:37, 11 Nov 2003 (PST)

Sure, I can take a look at splitting up Mexico into regions. I'll check if there's some scheme that people generally use (I seem to remember having heard something along those lines), if not, I'll just do a general thing. I'll get around to looking at that this week. (WT-en) Joakim 17:00, 11 Nov 2003 (CST)

Hey Evan, i went back to the Death Valley page and modified it quite a bit to better fit in with the general style guidelines. I asked and received some advice from Dhum Dhum, and would appreciate it if you and Maj can to take a quick look at it to see if this is working or not. Thanks (WT-en) Ron 14:10, 12 Nov 2003 (PST)

Hey, I've noticed that somebody is replacing certain characters in the paris page with the cooresponding HTML entities... Now I have no problem with that, but it does make me wonder if maybe you might consider switching from iso-8859-1 to utf-8. This will be especially important when it comes time to do the chinese phrasebooks. Since we've switched to utf-8 here our character-related problems have gone from considerable to nil. -- (WT-en) Uchuha 11:33, 2003 Nov 13 (PST)

Thanks for the corrections in Bordeaux page ! I won't use "I" anymore on the articles - I thought it could give the reader a feeling of being closer to the writer, but you're right it looks also a bit less serious (and reliable). I've added quite a lot today, I don't know to what level of detail I should talk about work, but here it is anyway. Wikivoyage is such a nice project :). -- (WT-en) Mathieu 08:03, 15 Nov 2003 (PST)

Has there been any thought in joining the Wikimedia Foundation? Is this a possibility? Would this make sense? I just stumbled across wikipedia.org's non-profit "parent" and thought I'd mention it. (WT-en) Mattmcp 16:06, 15 Nov 2003 (PST)

It's come up before, actually. The Wikimedia folks approached us when we first started the project. My main feeling on this is that I'd like to see the project more mature before we make that decision. -- (WT-en) Evan 16:48, 15 Nov 2003 (PST)

Hi, these are the colors I used in my color scheme proposal. Maybe you have to experiment a little. --Head

Played with the colors a bit. I like what I have there now, but take a look at the changes to see other options. On my way home in a few... (WT-en) Majnoona

No worries, Evan, it's been a pleasure to tinker with the Main Page. I'm glad you like it and I hope the other Wikivoyagers will too. :-) (WT-en) DhDh 13:03, 28 Nov 2003 (PST)

Evan, I answered your question on "cities and towns" on Project:Article templates. (WT-en) DhDh 14:29, 28 Nov 2003 (PST)
