Philippines banner

Hi there. Just wanted to let you know that I've reverted your banner change at Philippines. When there is already a decent banner on an article, it's usually better to propose changes on the talk page first to see if others agree that the new one is better. This one, for example, I do not see as an improvement, because the existing banner is a recognizably Filipino destination, while your proposed new one could be a beach almost anywhere in the world.
