Portland[edit]

For this edit to Portland (Maine), I'm wondering if it would make more sense to turf everything after (but not including) "The Old Port and Downtown Arts District areas are very walkable and pedestrian friendly." From the edit history, the excessive penalties appear to be added by the same user who added the "satanic lobsters" bit, and are therefore not reliable as info. If anything, "satanic lobsters" is less harmful than the threats of cancelling drivers licences permanently as at least the traveller knows it's a bad joke while plausible-but-wrong could genuinely mislead.
