  • Provo Canyon. Scenic drive that that connects Utah Valley with Heber Valley. Free.
  • Alpine Loop. Scenic drive that provides stunning views of Mount Timpanogos. It is generally inaccessible in the winter. Accessible either from American Fork Canyon or Provo Canyon. Free.

  • Hike Mount Timpanogos. A moderately difficult hike which provides incredible views of Utah Valley.

Stay safe[edit]

Some people water ski and fish on Utah Lake. Unfortunately, the water is very polluted, so be careful to avoid drinking any water if you fall in and think twice about eating fish caught from the lake.
