Xiapu is located in northeastern Fujian Province, China, is a county under the jurisdiction of Ningde City, known as "sea wonderland". History
[edit]Xia Pu has a long history, as early as the Eastern Han Dynasty, humans settled here. It is an important coastal city in eastern Fujian and was once one of the important ports of the ancient Maritime Silk Road. With the development of maritime transportation, Xia Pu has gradually become an important base for fishing, salt industry and foreign trade. In modern times, Xia Pu has attracted a large number of tourists with its unique natural scenery and fishermen's culture, becoming one of the well-known tourist destinations in Fujian Province.

[edit]The Xiapu area belongs to the mid-subtropical monsoon humid climate zone, with an average annual temperature of 16 ℃-19 ℃, rainy in spring, typhoons in summer, warm in winter and cool in summer, frost and snow are rare. Affected by the ocean climate, the monsoon has obvious characteristics. Disastrous weather is dominated by typhoons and heavy rains, and serious typhoons occur 3 times a year on average.
