Yeongcheon is in North Gyeongsang. Between Seoul and Busan on the Gyeongbu Expressway, the city is the birthplace of Choe Mu-seon and Jeong Mong-ju.

Temples

• 1 Eunhaesa Temple, 479 Chiil-ri, Cheongtong-myeon (catch a bus from Yeongcheon bus station), ☏ +82 54-335-3318.
