Crown point is the home of Tobago's only airport and is part of Trinidad and Tobago, a Caribbean country. For many it is the first port of call for a trip to Tobago.

Get in

[edit]

Caribbean Airlines operates several flights between Trinidad (Port of Spain) and Crown Point (The A.N.R. Robinson International Airport). The fight is around 30 minutes from Trinidad.

There are irregular buses across the island run by PTSCTT[dead link]. They run every 1.5hrs between Scarborough (Tobago) via Plymouth for $3 (40 minutes). Bus stops do not list timetables so be sure to look up online before departure to avoid sweating in the heat! Tickets should be bought in advance from Jimmy's on Milford Road and buses run from the junction at Pigeon Point road. Most people have cars so be careful whose advice you rely on! The elderly are the best people to ask if in doubt and like many locals here are extremely warm and friendly!

Various car rental agencies are located by the airport and town if Crown Point is not your final destination.
