The E10 is a European Route from Luleå in Norrbotten, Sweden to Å in Lofoten, Norway. With much of the 850 kilometres north of the Arctic Circle, and a passage through the Scandinavian mountain range and along the Norwegian coast, the road is one of the most scenic in the Nordic countries.

See[edit]

While the southern part of E10, which coincides with the E4, is a repetitive passage through thick forest, the leg through Lappland is among the most scenic roads in Sweden. The leg through Lofoten is breath-taking.

The Norrbotten Megasystem is a cluster of industrial structures along the 500-kilometre Iron Ore Line, from Narvik to Luleå.

Go next[edit]

  • Blue Highway – another scenic drive between the Atlantic and the Baltic Sea, this one continuing to Lake Onega in Russia.
  • If using the highway to get from Norway to Finland, you probably want to transfer to E45 between Kiruna and Gällivare and either continue by it to the north or switch again to road 395 and 99 to Pello and E8.
